Are your employees #FitToSell this summer? The summer sales slump is not a workplace myth – but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fixed. Employees want the same things business owners want – to enjoy the summer weather, especially if they have families. Vacations, flexible work schedules and a relaxed workplace can help make both your employees and your business #FitToSell. Work/life balance continues to be one of the most important employee goals – and this peaks during the summer months. Making summer changes that your employees actually want can benefit both your employees and your bottom line!
As we head into summer, workers’ wants are shifting. When it comes to recruitment and retention, it’s important to be aware of what will resonate with employees, as habits and lifestyles fluctuate throughout the year. Managers need to pay attention and help their teams achieve work-life balance.
